Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the Contractor's provision to the Employer Summer and Winter Services to maintain streets, pedestrian roads, parking lots and stops, emptying and washing street baskets as well as the liquidation of wild dumps in Siemianowice Śląskie.
2. The order has been divided into two (2) parts.
Part 1 Order: Summer and winter maintenance of street, pedestrian roads, parking lots and stops in Siemianowice Śląskie.
Part 2 of the order "Emptying and washing of street baskets and the liquidation of wild dumps in Siemianowice Śląskie":
1. Part 1 of the order remained Divided into two (2) tasks:
a) Task 1: Summer maintenance of streets, pedestrian roads, parking lots and stops in Siemianowice Śląskie, hereinafter referred to as "Summer Action" or "Al":
The subject of the task is the summer maintenance of streets, pedestrian roads, parking lots and stops in Siemianowice Śląskie, which It is set from March 1 to November 30. However, this period depends on the actual weather conditions. The Employer reserves the right to extend or shorten the "Summer Action", depending on the atmospheric conditions with an accuracy of one day, one hours.
b) Task 2: Winter maintenance of streets, pedestrian roads, parking lots and stops in Siemianowice Śląskie, hereinafter referred to as "Winter Action" or "AZ":
