4.1 The subject of the order is "Summer and winter, manual and mechanical cleaning of the areas of the City of Łodź in 2025 - 2027."
The scope of the order includes 4 categories of maintaining cleanliness and order in municipal areas:
Category No. 1 - areas of public roads and internal areas, undeveloped municipal areas and public transport stops, playgrounds, advertising poles, bicycle paths, alleys in parks and green areas, sidewalks in ongoing maintenance
Category No. 2 - parks, squares and green areas, including alleys and green areas cleaned on request - no under current maintenance
Category No. 3 other public areas and undeveloped municipal areas
including green areas and sidewalks cleaned on request - not subject to ongoing maintenance
Category No. 4 - areas of public and internal roads, undeveloped municipal areas taken over after investments, after exchange of plots, after being taken over by other units of the City and temporary public transport stops, playgrounds, advertising poles, bicycle paths, sidewalks - not subject to ongoing maintenance
