4. About parameters:

b) packaging up to 1000 kg
c) swelling size 11 mm/10 min
4.2. Towar musi be delivered in the original factory packaging, with security used by the manufacturer. The packaging must allow full identification of the goods, e.g. quantity, type, parameters, expiry date, etc. - without having to violate the packaging.
The contracting authority does not set requirements for the type of packaging (returnable or non -returnable) in which the subject of the contract is to be delivered, at the same time informs that in the case of returnable packaging all costs of their application are borne by the contractor.
The Contractor will be required to attach a quality/approval certificate or other document to each delivery confirming the possession of the quality assurance system.
Documents confirming product compliance with qualitative requirements, such as quality certificates, laboratory test reports, quality system certificates (e.g. ISO 9001).
4.3. Setting the offer for the subject of the contract not fulfilling all parameters or having parameters worse than the required will result in rejection of the offer.
