Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of management, control and supervision of the implementation of the contract the subject of which is: "Design and construction of the Zwoleń Bypass along national road No. 79", under the conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the provisions of the Contract for investment task.
The service includes the Consultant's duties in accordance with the Agreement, based on the GTC and SWK, in particular:
a) management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate,
b) carrying out activities information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this regard with the Ordering Party, including, among others: with the Branch Director, Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch,
c) providing investor supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty inspections and supervising the removal of any faults/defects found during warranty inspections, under the concluded Contract,
d) supporting the Ordering Party as a conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,
f) supervising the works design and works in the scope of Additional Tasks necessary to perform the Contract, arising during the implementation of the Contract - awarded on the basis of the Public Procurement Law.
