• Supervising the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Development of the detailed design and execution of construction works on the LOT-B1_2 Miąsowa - Jędrzejów section from km 218.129 to km 233.150 and... Supervising the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Development of the detailed design and execution of construction works on the LOT-B1_2 Miąsowa - Jędrzejów section from km 218.129 to km 233.150 and preparation of the detailed design and execution of construction works on the LOT-B2_1 Jędrzejów section (without the station) - Sędziszów from km 233.150 to km 252.800" as part of the investment project entitled: "Works (...)" 1. The purpose of this order is to manage and supervise the implementation of the investment task, in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with Agreement and Construction Contract; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service for construction contracts in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including execution duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector for Construction Contracts; d) Management, including coordination of all construction contracts concluded under the Project; e) Conducting environmental supervision (in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process among others on surface and underground waters, noise, air, land surface, waste management, greenery management) and environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions of implementation project (if reassessment is required) and other administrative decisions in this regard. 2.
