Description:
The subject of the order includes in particular:
- verification of design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, making control calculations to find possible errors,
- management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issue Final Payment Certificate,
with the Branch Director, Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch,
- fulfilling duties resulting from the procedures contained in the current procedures of the project beneficiary for the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program for GDDKiA, FEnIKS 2021-2027. (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective),
- provision of supervision services investor over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty inspections and supervising the removal of any faults/defects found in warranty inspections, under the concluded Contract,
- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,
- supervising design work and works in the scope of Additional Tasks necessary to perform the Contract, arising during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law.
