Description:
The subject of the order includes in particular: - verification of the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, making control calculations to find possible errors, - management, investor supervision and control over implementation of works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate, - conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Ordering Party, including, among others: with the Branch Director, Project Manager and position for communication in the GDDKiA Branch, - fulfillment of obligations arising from the procedures included in the current procedures of the project beneficiary for the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program for GDDKiA, FEnIKS 2021-2027. (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective), - providing investor supervision services for over-execution of construction works and participation in warranty inspections and supervising the removal of any defects/defects found in warranty inspections as part of the concluded Contract, - supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, - supervising design works and works related to Additional Tasks, necessary to perform the Contract, arising during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law.
