Description:
1) Name of the order: Supervision of administrative and office facilities located at ul. Dworcowa 26 and Wojska Polskiego 4 in Szamotuy.2) Detailed description, scope and conditions of the order implementation are specified by: a) OPZ Powiat Szamotuy (Za. No. 1a to SWZ),b) OPZ City and Commune of Szamotuy (Za. No. 1b to SWZ),c) draft provisions of the contract (Za. No. 3 to SWZ), d) draft personal data processing contract (Za. No. 4 to SWZ).3) The number of hours of protection may be reduced, but not more than 30%.4) The number of hours of protection, including the remuneration due to the Contractor, may be increased, up to 10% (Article 455, section 2 of the Act), unless other circumstances arise under Art. 455 of the Act on Public Procurement.5) Development, updating and agreement of Protection Plans are carried out by the Contractor.6) The Ordering Party intends to allocate the following amounts for the execution of the order: PLN 365,000.00.7) Deadline for order completion: 12 months.
