Description:
1. The subject of the order includes entrusting the functions of investor supervision inspectors within the meaning of Art. 12 section 1 point 4 and section 2 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) for the task entitled: "Construction of a new course of provincial road No. 527 on the section from the city border to the railway viaduct (Nowobałtycka Street)". The provision of the service covered by the order will consist in coordination, control and performance of investor supervision in the industry covered by the concluded contract for supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded by the Ordering Party with the Contractor of the works. construction works on the task in question, in accordance with the requirements of SWZ and OPZ and the contract template.

3. The Ordering Party provides awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act. At the request of the Ordering Party, if it is necessary to extend the duration of the contract for the implementation of construction works and during the warranty period for construction works, provided that the necessary funds are available financial, the Ordering Party envisages awarding contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services for investor supervision and coordination of works with the subject matter and detail consistent with the OPZ under the conditions specified in the contract template for individual industries, which is specified in detail in Chapter XXVI SWZ.
