• Description:
• The subject of the order is a service consisting in providing investor supervision over the implementation of design works and works, as well as managing the Contract entitled: "Construction and expansion of acoustic screens along the S8 and A1 section of the Złoczew junction - Łódź Południe junction". Service supervision will be carried out in the following scopes: Management and supervision services during the design period (Stage I Agreements with the contractor of design works and works), Management and supervision services during the implementation of construction works (Stage II Agreements with the contractor design works and works) and Management and supervision services during the testing and measurement period (Stage III of the Agreement with the contractor of design works and works). Stage III of the Agreement with the contractor of design and works provides that the Supervision will verify the tests and analyses documentation and works included in the contractor's report, regarding the measurements performed using the procedure of continuous 24-hour noise level recording. The Investor's Supervision will accept the completed design works, construction works and studies noise level tests, issued Partial Acceptance Protocols and other Acceptance Protocols, prepared Settlement Tables for the Contractor of design works and works, verified and accepted the Basic Bill of Quantities of Permanent Works, the Design Work Schedule and Construction Works, cooperated at every stage of the task implementation with the Investor and the Contractor of design works and works.
