Description:
1. The subject of the order is supervision over the management of flax in forests not owned by the State Treasury in the following communes: Korytnica, Ochw, Stoczek, Sadowne, Miedzna, Wgrw, Liw, Wgrow poviat. The scope of the service includes: 1) Inspection of forests not owned by the State Treasury: a) carried out by owners of permanently sustainable forest management according to a simplified forest management plan, in particular taking into account the objectives specified in Article 7, section 1, points 1-5 of the Forest Act, b) compliance by forest owners with the principles of forest management specified in Article 8, points 1-4 of the Forest Act.2) Preparation administrative decisions pursuant to Article 19(3), Article 24 in connection with Article 13 of the Forest Act, regarding forests with simplified forest management plans or forest condition inventories.3) Supervision over: a) Fulfillment by forest owners of the obligations specified in Article 9(1)(1-3) of the Act in in terms of shaping the balance in forest ecosystems and increasing the natural resistance of forest stands pursuant to Art. 9 section 2 of the Forest Act, b) Fulfillment by forest owners of: - the permanent obligation specified in Article 13 section 1 points 1-5 of the Act keep...
