- 1) The subject of the first part of the public procurement is the purchase of equipment necessary to implement the tasks of OL and third party liability insurance in the Krzyanowice Commune as part of the subsidy received to finance the local government's own tasks in the field of population protection and civil defense: Area 2: Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies, Department: ENSURING CONTINUITY OF DELIVERY OF BASIC SERVICES, Name of the task: Supplementing the resources and infrastructure necessary to implement OLiOC tasks in the Krzyanowice commune.2) The subject of the order includes: purchase of flood barriers (400 m) purchase of digital-analog radiotelephones for management services crisis management of the Krzyanowice Commune (4 pcs.) mobile lighting equipment (2 high-power masts and 2 high mobility masts) purchase of combustion pumps for dirty water (5 pcs.) purchase of electric pumps for dirty water (5 pcs.)3) A detailed description of the subject of the order and detailed order requirements have been specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 3a to SWZ.4) The equipment must be brand new, undamaged, free from physical and legal defects, ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose.
