Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of cleaning products, dishes and catering packaging for the Municipal Dining Room at Saint Anthony's: Part I of the subject of the order (chemistry): Due to the limitations of this text field, a detailed description of the subject of the order includes SWZ.2. The quality of the above-mentioned assortment cannot differ from the quality of goods available in the general retail chain. 3. The Contractor ensures the transport of cleaning products, dishes and catering packaging to the warehouse at the ordering party's premises at its own expense, therefore the offer price must include transport and unloading costs.4. Transport of the articles referred to in point III/1 must take place in conditions that meet sanitary and epidemiological requirements.5. The place of delivery is the warehouse of the Municipal Dining Room at St. Saint's Antoniego at ul. w. Antoniego 11 in Wocawko.6. The number of articles referred to in point III/1 may change in value by a maximum of minus 25% of the total value of the contract for the supply of the above-mentioned subject of the order, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim due to the Ordering Party's failure to use the subject of the contract to the full extent and...
