Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of cleaning products for the Provincial Addiction Treatment Center and the Care and Treatment Facility in Gorzyce. the subject of the order in accordance with the assortment and in accordance with the quantities included in the calculation of the total value of the order in Annex No. 2a to SWZ.3. The Contractor will be obliged, at his own expense and risk, to deliver the goods to the Ordering Party's warehouse by his own means of transport or by means of transport via specialized entity, at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.
