Description:
Task no. 1 Parking sensors1. The subject of the order is the supply of components for access control systems, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter. XIX SWZ and Annex No. 3A-3C (as appropriate to the task) to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to offer, incl each task, min. 24 months warranty and warranty period, counting from the date of signing the quantitative delivery acceptance report.4. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.5. The Ordering Party shall indicate in the offer the Contractor the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and providing the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.6. The Contractor is obliged to indicate, in each task, in the Contractor's Offer in the Manufacturer's table, the model, type or other data clearly identifying the offered assortment. If the offer does not clearly identify data offered assortment, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act.
