The subject of the order is the successive delivery of 720,000 liters of "standard" diesel oil to the company's gas station of the Municipal Communication Company. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle sp. z o.o. according to the nomenclature specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate i Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). The amount of diesel fuel is an estimate and may change during the implementation of the contract depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
