Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a single-use medical assortment (hereinafter referred to as the goods) of the type and quantity specified
in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ together with the loan of dedicated laparoscopic applicators clips in the quantities indicated in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, as well as other obligations arising from the contract aimed at enabling the Ordering Party to use the loaned item. - the underlined provision concerns task No. 7, in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.
2. If there is no demand for the product range covered by the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to order parts the assortment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, subject to section 3. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for compensation in this respect years claims based on another legal basis, to which the Contractor consents.
3. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of orders awarded to the Contractor during the term of the contract for a given task will be 50% of the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration for this task, specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract.
