The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of disposable assortments (hereinafter referred to as: goods or assortments) of the type and quantity specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract. constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. For the duration of the order, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of goods at the Ordering Party's headquarters, referred to in section 1, hereinafter referred to as the "commission commission". Under the conditions specified in Annex 4 to SWZ The Contractor undertakes to deliver the goods to the Ordering Party in the form of a supplement to the commission referred to above and to transfer the ownership of the goods to the Ordering Party at the time of their collection by the Ordering Party from the commission, and the Ordering Party undertakes to collect goods and pay the agreed price for the goods collected from the commission. - applies to task no.: 3 3.
