Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of fats to the Prison in Wocawko according to the CPV classification: 15400000-2 animal or vegetable oils and fats 15411100-3 vegetable oil 15431100-9 margarine1) Vegetable oil - CPV nomenclature: 15411100-3, Polish Standard: PN-A-86901:1997/Az1:2001, in unit packages of capacity not less than 1 liter and not more than 5 liters; quantity: 16,000 l.2) Margarine for spreading - nomenclature CPV: 15431100-9, Polish Standard: PN-A-86901:1997/Az1:2001, in unit packages 250 g cubes with fat content below 60%, quantity: 15,000 kg. Deliveries of the above-mentioned articles will be held successively, no more than once a week, to the warehouse of the Penitentiary in Wocawek, ul. Bartnicka 10, 87-809 Wocawek, by the contractor's transport and at his expense. The delivered product must meet the established quality standards.2. The included provisions are an integral part of the description of the subject of the order in the contract template, which constitutes an annex to this specification.3. Fees for deliveries will be settled by transfers from the bank account of the Prison in Wocawek to the Contractor's bank account, within 30 days from the date of receipt. ...
