- The subject of the order includes the supply of food products, i.e. potato flour, wheat flour and pasta to prisons and remand centers in the Lublin District. Part 1 potato flour 1,900 kg, wheat flour 22,200 kg The delivered assortment must be of good quality, free from defects (foreign tastes, odors, mold growth, fragments of foreign bodies), with a shelf life of no less than 2 months. Each package must necessarily contain the following data: name of the food, data on the ingredients contained in it food, date of minimum durability or use-by date, data identifying the manufacturer of the food, net content or number of pieces of the food in the package, storage conditions if its quality depends on the conditions storage, designation of the production batch, commercial quality classes, gross weight. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of the subject of the order: a) but not more than 30%, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect, b) more than 30%, in in the event of failure to complete three consecutive full or partial deliveries within the stipulated time...
