Description:
The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". Proceedings with a contract value above the EU thresholds specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Subject The order covers the supply of products for special nutritional purposes - ketogenic diet, according to the following parts: Task 1, Task 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order above. parts have been listed and described in the "Price Form" (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) and in the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ) constituting an integral part of the Terms of Reference.
