Description:
1) The subject of the order is the successive, as needed, deliveries of liquid fuel meeting the requirements specified in the PN-C-96024:2011 standard in the field of light L-1 fuel oil in an amount of approximately 70 m3 during the term of the contract for the needs of the Social Welfare Home in Dbrowa, 95-047 Jew, Dbrowa 1.2) The total amount of heating oil ordered constitutes the expected, estimated demand and may change during the year. Any changes in quantity may depend in particular on weather conditions occurring during the term of the contract. In such a case, the Contractor is not entitled to any liability The Ordering Party may claim compensation for a reduction or increase in the order. 3) Fuel will be delivered on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. within 48 hours (2 business days) from the moment a request is placed by telephone or e-mail by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of the above-mentioned fuels by the Contractor's transport in road tankers equipped with a flow meter with current legalization.
