Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of hydrogen fuel intended for electricity-powered drives used in public transport buses of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacyjny w Bielsko-Biała Sp. z o. o. Refueling buses The Ordering Party will take place at the gas station indicated by the Contractor. 2. The subject of the contract includes the following tasks: 2.1. Basic tasks: delivery of hydrogen fuel in quantities of up to 182,500 kg; 2.2. Task covered by the option: delivery of hydrogen fuel in quantity not exceeding 45,625 kg, i.e. increasing fuel supplies to 25% of the basic task. 3. The Ordering Party requires that fuel be collected from the Contractor's stationary hydrogen station located within a radius of up to 10 km from the Municipal depot. Communication Plant in Bielsko-Biała located at ul. Długa 50 in Bielsko-Biała, calculated according to Google Maps by determining the shortest route along public roads. 3.1. The (hydrogen) fuel station should meet the requirements technical requirements for hydrogen stations Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of October 7, 2022 on detailed technical requirements for hydrogen stations. The contractor is obliged to obtain all consents, permits, decisions, etc. related with the construction of the station and its subsequent operation - including the management of waste generated during its construction and subsequent operation. 3.2.
