Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of implants, endoprostheses, orthopedic elements, hernia meshes, systems for the treatment of static disorders of the pelvic organs and the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, listed below, divided into 37 parts called packages. The Ordering Party allows submitting partial offers for any number of Packages. However, the Ordering Party reserves the right to submit offers by Contractors for the entire product range in a given package.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 2 and 2a to the SWZ.
Package No. 1. Sterile set of implants and stabilization tools transpedicular thoracolumbar section with PLIF/TLIF interbody cage with the option of choosing the peek/cellular titanium implant material.
Package No. 2. Set for minimally invasive spine stabilization with the option of administering ultra-high density bone cement and implanting interbody
Package No. 3. Implants for the treatment of double-arch scoliosis (long-segment transpedicular stabilization) with a system of tapes for spinal creation with adapters for 5.5 rods
Package No. 4. Implants for long-segment transpedicular stabilization from the posterior or anterior approach, with Possibility to use pelotte, uni- and multi-planar screws.
Package No. 5. Carbon-peek implants for transpedicular stabilization of oncological patients
Package No. 6. Biomaterials and bone substitutes.
