Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil in the amount of 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand) liters based on the demand submitted by the Ordering Party before the planned delivery date to the Municipal Information, Culture, Sports and Recreation Center in Dugosiodle, the School and Kindergarten Complex. in Dugosiodło, the School Complex in Stary Bosewo, the Primary School in Blochy, the Municipal Information Center for Culture, Sports and Recreation in Chrzczanka Wociaska, the Primary School in Dalek, the Primary School in Sieczechy. The Supplier is obliged to deliver the fuel oil using its own transport and at its own expense. The contractor should present a certificate of the quality of the supplied oil. Light fuel oil should meet the requirements specified in the PN-C-96024:2001 standard.2) If the demand for fuel oil is less than 100,000 liters, payment will be made for the quantity actually delivered. 3) The Ordering Party requires that the offer include: all elements necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order. 4) Settlements and payments are specified in the SWZ and the provisions of the Agreement.
