- The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Delivery of mattresses, towels, cloths and reusable surgical clothing for UCP for the needs of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz - The task was divided into 3 Packages in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 2 of the Assortment and Price Form, constituting attachments to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the possibility submitting partial offers for individual packages. As part of the package, the Ordering Party requires the submission of a complete offer.
