- The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new (production year min. 2025) medical equipment as an implementation of the application to the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan - KPO No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0360/25, according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 11. The order is implemented as part of the implementation application to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - KPO No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0360/25 entitled "Improving the quality of comprehensive cardiological care at the T.
