The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp".
The subject of the order is the supply of products medical for the Department of Urology and Urological Oncology according to the following parts:
parts were listed and described in the "Price Form" (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) and in the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ) constituting an integral part of the Terms of Reference.
