Description:
The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products for drug programs: according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 11. Detailed description of the subject of the order above. parts have been demonstrated and describedin the "Price Form" (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the contract templates (Annex No. 3, Annex No. 3a to the SWZ) constituting an integral part of the Specification of Procurement Conditions. The contractual conditions for the implementation of the public procurement in question include contract templates constituting an integral part of the SWZ. In case ofif there are grounds for entrusting the processing of personal data, the Contractor undertakes to sign an agreement for entrusting the processing of personal data (in accordance with Annex No. 7 to the SWZ). In section II.1.5. the announcement provided the estimated total value of the subject of the contract with the "option right".
