Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicines and medical devices
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in
the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.

5. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
a) The subject of the order was divided and described in 59 parts
b) Each part of the order will be further referred to in the SWZ as "PACKAGE", which has been marked in the documentation as Package No. 1 to 59.
c) Each package is a separate subject of the order.
d) The scope and size of each package was presented in detail in the assortment and price forms, marked and described in the SWZ as Annex No. 2, which details the required assortment,
e) The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for one or more parts as well as for the entire order.
f) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers (an equivalent offer should include drugs with the same composition and action).
g) The quantities given in Annex 2 are estimates annual consumption and may be reduced to 20% of the unused quantity, without constituting an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to fully implement it, or a basis for the Contractor to claim compensation for failure to use the maximum value orders...
