Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of motor fuels to the Border Guard Facility in Leipzig - refueling of service vehicles in quantities of: unleaded gasoline with a research octane number of not less than 95 meeting the requirements of PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 or equivalent in quantities of up to 7,000 l. diesel oil meeting the requirements of PN-EN 590:2022-08+Ap1:2023-05 or equivalent in an amount of up to 19,000 l. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions within the scope of the subject of the order described using Polish Standards transposing European standards on the principles set out in art. 101 of the Public Procurement Law. The fuel station should be open at least 6 days a week, at least 8 hours a day, and be located in the town where the headquarters of the border organizational unit is located (SG Branch in Lipsk, ul. Pusta 34,16-315 Leipzig).
