Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of power and harnesses for GETAC BC-02 and GETAC BC-03 body-worn cameras, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and Chapter. XIX SWZ.3. The contractor is obliged to provide a 12-month warranty and guarantee for the assortment, counting from the date of signing the quantity and quality acceptance protocol.4. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.5. The ordering party will give indications by The Contractor's offer includes parts of the orders the execution of which will be entrusted to Subcontractors, as well as providing the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.
