Description:
The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the supply of needles, syringes and cannulae according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 25. Detailed description of the subject of the order mentioned above. parts was listed and described in the "Price Form" (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), which constitute an integral part of the Specification of Order Conditions. If there are grounds to entrust the processing of personal data, the Contractor undertakes to sign contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data (in accordance with Annex No. 12 to the SWZ).
