Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of office supplies and photocopying paper for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw in 2026.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the quantity and price form, constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Detailed description and method execution of the order is included in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.4. The order completion date is 12 months, i.e. from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026.5. The Ordering Party informs that whenever the subject of the order is described by indicating the symbol trademark, patent, origin, technical or quality standards, equivalent solutions are allowed, i.e. having features, technical, functional and quality parameters not worse than those described in the order documents. Indication of the brand or by the ordering party the trade name defines the class of the product/device that is the subject of the order and is used to establish a standard, and does not indicate a specific product/device or a specific manufacturer
