Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of orthopedic equipment and auxiliary products for the Hospital Medical Store, hereinafter referred to as the goods, described in detail in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions agreements constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party has specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the order.
The Ordering Party informs that the proceedings in question are conducted as a tender unlimited provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in the regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation
in the proceedings.
Task No. 1: Delivery of mobility aids
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of orthopedic equipment and auxiliary products for the Hospital Medical Store, hereinafter referred to as the goods, described in detail in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.
