• The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of orthopedic implants, disposable products for the Trauma and Orthopedic Department (hereinafter referred to as the goods) in the type and quantity specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of the goods referred to in section. 1, hereinafter referred to as commission contracts.
