Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents, media and tests for microbiology from leased analyzers, along with their transport, unloading and bringing (at the contractor's expense and risk) in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party to the Analytical Laboratory at ul. 3 Maja 37.2. Common Vocabulary Zamwie CPV: 33696500-0 Laboratory reagents.3. The ordering party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. After analyzing the feasibility of implementing the subject of the order, the ordering party finds that dividing the order into parts would result in excessive technical difficulties as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors. implementing individual parts of the order could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order.4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.5. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8.6. A detailed description of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) Product list constituting Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ and List of required quality and technical parameters constituting Appendix No. 2b to the SWZ. 7. The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers equivalent.
