Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of sliding shelves, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter. XIX SWZ and Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to offer at least: 12 months warranty and warranty period, counting from the day of signing the acceptance protocol.4. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the Contractor's Offer in the Manufacturer's table, the model, and other data clearly identifying the offered product range. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered assortment, the Ordering Party will reject the offer for pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act. The name Manufacturer should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the EU. The Contractor cannot change the offered Manufacturer or model after submitting the offer.5. The ordering party allows entrusting the execution of part of the order to a Subcontractor.6. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with an indication in the offer of the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, as well as the names of any Subcontractors, if any. known.
