Supplies of specialized disposable equipment for Hemodynamic and Coronary Angiography Laboratory with the lease of the OCT system and generator for coronary and peripheral procedures for a period of 24 months - case reference Z/95/PN/25 The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of specialized disposable equipment for Hemodynamic and Coronary Angiography Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as: goods or assortment) of the type and quantity specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ together with the lease of the OCT system and generator for coronary and peripheral procedures for a period of 24 months (hereinafter interchangeably as: equipment or leased item), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, as well as other obligations arising from Annex No. 4 to the SWZ aimed at to enable the Ordering Party to use the goods and leased equipment. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of the goods referred to in section. 1, hereinafter referred to as the "commission commission".
