Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of surgical drapes from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 12 months. The assortment constituting the subject of the order was divided into 17 Packages.
Detailed assortment, intended purchase quantities, requirements, number of samples for
assessment of functional parametersch and quality of the offered assortment, contains Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Product and price form, which, after being completed by the Contractor in the selected scope offered, will constitute an integral part of the offer and the contract if a given offer is selected as the most advantageous one.
