Description:
The subject of the order is the supplies of vegetables, fruits and eggs for CRR KRUS during the period of the contract, specified in Annex 1a to SWZ - assortment of the order, in Annex 1b to SWZ - a spreadsheet specifying the price of the offer, in Annex 1C to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contractand in Annex 1 to SWZ - offer form. The Employer does not reserve the obligation to personally perform by the Contractor key tasks related to the work related to the placement and installation as part of the delivery order. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers - in the subsectionIV.A. Swz. The Employer justified the decision not to divide this order into parts. Deliveries include 73 assortment items.
