Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new and free from legal and physical defects of additive manufacturing equipment. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts (Tasks). Further information on the description of these parts, including the type of equipment comprising the part, is providedin section II.2.4) of the announcement (separately for each part), with full and exhaustive information in the indicated scope provided by SWZ. Whenever the following term is used in the announcement, it should be understood as: 1) Public Procurement Law - Polish Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law2) SWZ - an order document prepared for this procedure (and the open tender procedure) referred to in Art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with attachments, including the Contract Template; 3) Model Agreement - draft provisions of the contract for the order, the content of which, separately for eachparts, see attachments 7A - 7B SWZ
