Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors in the Janów Podlaski commune. The order is carried out under the project entitled "Clean energy in the Janów Podlaski commune" co-financed from the funds co-financed by the EU under the Regional Operational Program of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, priority axis 4, environmentally friendly energy, Measure 4.1. Support for the use of renewable energy.
2. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law allows for submitting partial offers
With the division into two lots:
1) lot 1 - delivery and installation of solar collectors;
2) lot 2 - supply and installation of photovoltaic cells.
