Delivery of medical apparatus and equipment as part of the project: "Getting and increasing availabilityFor AOS benefits at the Provincial Occupational Medicine Center, the Preventive and Treatment Center in Lublin "-3 parts

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical apparatus and equipment as part of the project:
" retrofitting and increasing the availability of AOS benefits at the Provincial Occupational Medicine CenterPreventive and Treatment Center in Lublin "in 3 parts:
part 1 -Pariature and medical equipment
part 2-Medical equipment
part 3-Rehabilitation equipment
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) the delivery of medical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract togetherwith the documents required in SWZ to the headquarters of the Ordering Party,
b) assembly of the medical apparatus in the place indicated by the Employer,
c) installation and launch of medical apparatus and confirmation of the efficiency of the supplied devices,
d) conducting instruction of the personnel of the contracting authority in the scopeservice and rational operation of the supplied medical apparatus,
e) delivery together with medical apparatus of the user manual in Polish in electronic and paper versions, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the apparatus, the rules of providing servicesby an authorized service in a post -warranty period, a list of useful materials used in the current operation of the subject of the contract, other documentation required by law, implementationremaining...
