Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of the assortment for preparing pharmacy recipes, described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ:
Part 1 - Prescribed packaging,
Part 2 Unguator containers,
Part 3 Pads, bags, filters,
Part 4 Sterile bottles for extended eye drops expiry date
Part 5 Gelatin capsules for pharmacy recipes,
Part 6 Starch wafers for pharmacy recipes,
2. Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. Total number of Parts in this procedure: 6. All provisions included in the SWZ regarding the offers also apply to the partial offer. If the SWZ does not include a provision which part a specific article, paragraph, paragraph, condition, form, document, etc. applies to, it means that it applies to all parts.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment corresponds to the description of the item the order contained in Annex 2A to the SWZ,
