Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of two deduplicators, a tape library and software for process automation along with the granting of a 60-month warranty, as well as the provision of expert support services in the maximum amount of 1000 man-hours, bythe period of validity of the warranty for the devices and software delivered as part of this procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 1 to the SWZ. Provisions that are important to the parties are included in the Agreement template constituting Appendix 2 to the SWZ.
