Description:
The subject of the order is a subscription to software enabling two-dimensional and three-dimensional design, e.g. Autodesk AutoCAD 3D, Autodesk AutoCAD LT or equivalent. The subscription for five software licenses is from December 13, 2023 for a period of 36 months
and a new additional subscriptiontion for one license from the date of signing the contract, but no longer than until December 12, 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. All requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order are minimum requirements, and theirperformance is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
