- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment in 2 parts:
Part 1 Computer Hardware:
1) computers 20 pcs.
2) monitors 20 pcs.
3) servers 1 pc.
4) network switch 1 pc.
Part 2 - Printers and the provision of print management services billed in the "per click" model
1) A4 monochrome printer -14 pcs.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) delivery of the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the SWZ to the registered office of the Ordering Party,
b) installation of the subject of the contract in the place indicated by the Ordering Party,
c)installation and commissioning the subject of the contract and confirmation of the efficiency of the delivered equipment,
d) conducting training for the Ordering Party's staff in the field of operation and rational exploitation of the supplied equipment,
e) providing, together with the subject of the contract, an operating manual in Polish in electronic version i paper, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the equipment, rules for the provision of services by the authorized service in the post-warranty period, list of consumables used in the current operation of the subject of the contract, other required documentation law, implementation of other conditions specified in the SWZ.
