The subject of the order is:
Delivery of computer equipment
Task. 1 Barcode readers
Task. 2 - Label printers
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
The parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 2.
The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor maysubmit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks. (without limiting the number of tasks for one Contractor).
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes 2b and 4.
3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order:
1) the offered materials must have approvals, certificates and be registered within accordance with the provisions of law requiring approvals, certificates and registration;
2) the offered materials must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product;
3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents ororigin, source or specific process that characterizes specific products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation the Ordering Party will allowor a solution equivalent to those described above.
