Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment in the form of: a) barcode printers (2 pcs), b) scanners (2 pcs), to the Ordering Party's headquarters in Łodź (ul. Wlczaska 49) , 2. The ordered equipment should be brand new, complete, unused (withintact features and contents of the original packaging), ready for operation, and with technical parameters not worse than those indicated in part II of this ToR. , 3. CPV CODE: 30200000 - 1 (computer devices), 30216110-0 (computer scanners). , 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting offers in partsiowe. , 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. , 6. Due to the subject of this order, the Ordering Party does not specify in the description of the subject of the order any requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 95 PPL and art. 96 section 2 points 2 PPL, 7.
